About Kingswood Court

We provide individually tailored care plans for our residents to ensure that we meet their health needs and support their ongoing independence. Set in breath-taking, elegant and warmly-welcoming surroundings, Kingswood Court is near Tadworth and Walton on the Hill in Surrey.

Kingswood Court provides accommodation for just over 50 residents with a range of nursing and care needs.

The home has a specialist dementia care wing that’s separate to the main building to provide the highest levels of care to our residents with dementia.

The home blends its character and traditional past with a modern extension and refurbishment to deliver the highest standards of care. With skilled nursing staff, appetising food, comfortable accommodation and a friendly, homely environment, Kingswood Court Nursing Home is a welcoming, happy and peaceful place to live.
